Named after the Fenchurch Street railway station in London, Fenchurch is an idea that sprung out from a group of skater friends. A year after the opening of its flagship store, Fenchurch was included in Time Out London’s list of “London’s 50 best boutiques”. The brand offers male and female contemporary fashion clothing, accessories, shoes, and luggage, while staying true to their skater origins. Fenchurch has quickly become a favourite among urban fashionistas – as a matter of fact, even Prince Harry approves, who has been spotted in a Fenchurch tee.

Fenchurch Clothing may have been known for their skateboarding fashion, but a few of their items that we here at Brandneusense really dig are ones with the almost-vintage feel to them.

Rumi of Fashiontoast, among my favorite independent fashion A-listers in the blogosphere, never fails to inspire. Check out some of these recent outfits spotted on her blog.

Black never fails, indeed. In the past we, here at Brandneusense, had a series on Classy and Black Neutrals with some suggestions on how to accessorize them. Rumi, however, shows us that sometimes, black pieces need not a lot of accessories to work, you just have to be comfortable with them as you are with your own skin.

I love Rumi’s casual, very relaxed at the same time edgy style, and today, after browsing through her recent blog posts, I find myself rummaging through the Brandneusense catalogue for sexy black pieces of clothing.

You know what I was thinking when I saw these yummy Blondie tops? I thought, whatdahell, even if I didn’t know Blondie or heard any of their songs, I still would’ve worn these like a proud fangirl.

Today’s 80’s Rock Star Series is non other than the rocker chick that made us all bob our heads as we sing, “One way or another I’m gonna find ya.. I’m gonna getcha getcha getcha getcha,” and raise our hands in the air as we dance to “Call me, call me, any anytime!”
