Dephect, formed in 1999, is an independent street wear label based just outside London. The company was formed by two friends with a mutual love for Hip Hop music and the history behind it.

Though Dephect’s origins stem from Hip Hop tradition the duo’s aim has always focused on bringing graphic arts and design, underground music, and urban culture to the forefront of their collections. One of the key factors that helps keep their designs originative is that they do not rely solely on digital creation; rather, they fuse benchmark digital mediums with the original work of some of their closest friends and allies and their keen interest in graphic design, sketching, painting, and graffiti.
