Just wave hello to Charlotte Church’s newest comedy series. The operatic soprano will make a comeback in the entertainment biz as her newest comedy series is in the works to showcase the talented singer’s funny side.
she once hosted a show creatively named, The Charlotte Church show from 2006 until early last year when she decided to take a break from show business to raise her then newly born baby, Dexter Lloyd and her two-year old daughter Ruby Megab.
“Charlotte had a lot of fun doing The Charlotte Church Show, but wasn’t particularly comfortable with the chat (interviewing celebrities). We’ll record a pilot next week and plan to air in the New Year.” And that’s exactly how we want our hosts to be, a little bit uncomfortable with the people they interview — just a little bit though.
The star who made the highly vocal song, “Just Wave Hello,” will be making us say hello to that well applauded funny side of her that even made her win a “Best Female Comedy Newcomer” from the British comedy Awards in 2006.
