Paris arrested for real
The infamous Hilton Hotel heiress, Paris Hilton, was arrested this morning with the charge of cocaine possession in Las Vegas.
Public Information officer Marcus Martin said the incident started when officers noted a smoke coming from a fast approaching vehicle. They suspected it was coke puff so they rolled in pursuit of the car. Because passers-by had already seen Paris in the vicinity, their car was instantly halted by both spectators and police officers when the chase was given up.
Paris and a friend were arrested because the officers claimed that they were in possession of the controlled substance. The amount of the chemical, however, was not disclosed.
The 29 year old is currently in Clark County Detention Centre and will be detained until monday when she is allowed to settle bail.
This is not the first time that the Simple Life star had been caught red-handed with something illegal.
In 2007, she was imprisoned for 23 days for driving under the influence. After that mishap, she decided to straighten up her life. She said that her new role will be “to help raise money for kids and for breast cancer and multiple sclerosis”.
However, 2 months ago, she was also caught with a friend in the World Cup for marijuana possession. The charges however, were immediately dropped.
And though we should say no to her bad habits, we should always say yes to Paris Hilton’s high fashion and Brandneusense.
