Troubled tabloid princess, Lindsay Lohan, recently got out of prison for her 2007 DUI case, but is already pestered by new rumors.

A videographer named, Brayan Jaime is claiming the actress ran a red light and accidentally hit a stroller being pushed by a nanny. He reported that after the accident, which happened last Wednesday in Hollywood, the star fled the scene unmindful of the helpless victims.

However, gossip website, TMZ.com, is coming to the actress’s rescue, insisting that the actress was driving at a very slow speed when the “hit” happened. Afterwards, she also stopped by the nanny to check if the victims got hurt. Satisfied that she didn’t do any damage, she left the scene.

No police report was filed for the incident, which further supports TMZ’s story.

Just last week, the controversial starlet was also hailed by police officers for running a red light. No charges were given and Lohan left with just a warning from the officers.

Lindsay’s most recent project is in Eli Roth’s Machete where she stars alongside another controversial actress, Michelle Rodriguez. The movie was released last Friday, September 3.
