Klum and Seal to divorce
The new year has just started, but already big names are making their moves to a new life. There was Katy Perry and Russel Brand calling it quits at the start of the year, and her look-alike Zooey Deschanel splitting with husband Death Cab for Cutie frontman Ben Gibbard.
And now, another one jumps into the bandwagon as power couple Heidi Klum and Seal have just filed for divorce.
A source revealed to Access Hollywood about their break-up. Saying: “It’s true and it’s a sad end to the fairytale.”
“They love each other very much, but they have had a very tense time in the last year,” she added.
38-year old Klum and Seal who is 10 years her senior, had been happily married since 2005, and are parents to their own brood: Henry, 6, Johan, 5 and 2-year-old Lou. Seal has also adopted Heidi’s 7-year old daughter Leni from a previous relationship.
The couple are known to renew their wedding vows annually with flamboyant celebrations but will not be doing the same this time around.
Is this new change in Hollywood in theme with the supposed demise of humanity this 2012? Probably not since this “trend” has been the curse of pretty people ever since.
Heidi Klum is known to be one of the world’s most fashionable models of this generation. She is one of the few supermodels who managed to move past a modelling career.
