Actors Attending Whitney’s Funeral
The recent passing of soul diva, “I Will Always Love You” singer Whitney Houston has rocked the entire music business. The international pop star was recently found dead–due to undisclosed circumstances– in a hotel room, days away from a Grammy performance.
So many celebrities have expressed shock and sadness over the singer’s passing that many of the singers and performers on the Grammy day paid tribute to the singer. After the Grammy performances, many of Whitney’s friends are said to play big parts on the singer’s upcoming tribute at her funeral.
First on the list to lead the tribute is Kevin Costner, the lead actor in the movie The Bodyguard, a 1992 movie in which Whitney Houston played her breakthrough role alongside Costner. Soul legends Aretha Franklin and Stevie Wonder are also set to join Mr. Costner in the tribute funeral.
Many big names are also set to attend. Names like Oprah Winfrey, Bill Cosby, Elton John, Beyonce and her husband Jay-Z Oprah Winfrey and actor Bill Cosby are also attending the tribute. Many soul singers are set to perform including Alicia Keys and R Kelly, among many others.
Many remembers the singer for her very famous rendition of Dolly Parton’s “I Will Always Love You” and her original song “The Greatest Love of All.”
