The Boy Band composed of Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson is set to give a one song performance in the upcoming “Logans” in Australia and already, securities are being enforced to address the very probably scenario that teen girls will cause Mayhem in the Awards night.

The security issue is expected to be too chaotic that mothers are fervently urged to “Lock Up Your Daughters” for the Awards Night.
A spokeswoman for the Logies said they will try their best to keep everything in check. She said:

“We are getting more security and more police. Our main priority surrounding the performance is the safety of those fans attending and the community surrounding the Crown precinct, as well as the boys themselves.”

“We are totally across it. We have seen what this band has caused across the world - they shut down streets in Paris when they appeared in-store recently” she added.

The movie phenomenon the Hunger Games survived another weekend at the box office, hauling yet another $58.55 million to add to its previous $150 million effort. It topped the big screen sequel Wrath of the Titans and Mirror, Mirror.

The dystopian movie about a strong-headed heroine who battled other child contestants in a battlefield designed for their death, is currently on the top 6th spot as the fastest to reach $250 million. In another week or so, it will certainly topple the three “Twilight” films in the box office arena. The book adaptation can easily reach the $350 million landmark before its triumphant run ends. Currently, the gamble of small time studio Lionsgate in producing this highly anticipated sci fi phenomenon paid off as this easily topped their previous box office champ in Farenheight 9/11.

On another note, Wrath of the Titans debuted to a second-place $33.5 million which is slightly lower than what its predecessor Clash of the Titans made two years ago. Still the producers’ courageous effort is enough to fend off third placer Mirror, Mirror.

Mirror, Mirror is not yet a disappointment having accumulated a modest $18.1 million opening this weekend, but it did open to lower targets as opposed to Relativity Media’s other productions in Bridge to Terabitha ($22.6 million) and The Spiderwick Chronicles ($19 million).

Lindsay Lohan looking fashionable for her final court appearance.

Lindsay Lohan can finally call herself a free woman again. That is, free in the legal sense of the word as Los Angeles Superior Court judge Stephanie Sautner officially lifts the formal probation period for the said star.

In the final words of the court, judge advised the 25-year old singer to “grow up and stop clubbing.” While it looked like the judge is eager to dismiss the singer in her old ways, she has praise and high hopes for the young singer actress saying, “She has done everything that this court has asked of her. Probation terminates today. Now.”

Judge Sautner also advised Lindsay, “You need to live your life in a more mature way. Stop the nightclubbing and focus on your work. I don’t expect to see you again. Goodbye and good luck.”

Lohan looked very fashionable on her court appearance. She seemed very relieved and happy about the proceedings and answered, “I just want to say thank you, your honour, for being fair. It has really opened a lot of doors for me.”

Lohan is expected to stage a comeback soon. She has already started working on what critics say is a “derailed” career, understanding that Lohan has a talent but lacks the maturity to focus on her career. Earlier this month, the star appeared on Saturday Night Live.

Sean Conlon was touched by the reception of his old fans and decided to contact his previous bandmate Scott Robinson and asked if a reunion might be possible.
He said: “Must admit the tweets about five reunion are very touching…and its very tempting.”

Bandmate Scott Robinson replied:”@Seancolonmusic: I know what you mean it nice to know that they still what it after this time.”

According to a report by The Sun UK, current X-Factor judge and former American Idol judge, SImon Cowell has reached a deal with  Work and Pensions Secretary Iain Duncan Smith agreeing that Cowell will provide jobs to umemployed teens.

Supposedly, the two have been on a small clash so the said Minister sent music mogul Cowell the request for the jobs, to which Cowell eagerly agreed to provide.

A source have been quoted to have said, “Much of what Simon does is giving opportunities to talented people — this applies to his company as well as the TV shows.”

Currently, executives of Simon Cowell from his company Syco Entertainment have been sent to meet with government officials to finish negotiating the deal for the jobs.

According to the report, Cowell’s entertainment company is currently under 35 employees with 10 young employees who are working in the company for experience.

A source from Syco Entertainment said that  “Simon likes people who want to learn and work hard.”

This is a good deal  and good publicity for Cowell as earlier this month, Minister Duncan Smith claimed that the X-Factor gave contestants “false hope” to which this report clearly shows Simon is  willing to help. Another X-Factor judge is also under heat because a sex tape featuring her has been released by an ex-boyfriend.
