Vanessa Redgrave wins top Honours at BAFTAs

The 73-year old acting legend was awarded with the British Academy’s highest honour, the Academy fellowship for “outstanding and exceptional ” contribution to film.
The award was introduced by the Academy’s new president, Prince William along with actress Uma Thurman. Redgrave was applauded and given a standing ovation after receiving the honour.

The Hurt Locker locks down on major BAFTA gongs
